Dedicated Project Manager
No matter how small or large the job, each of our clients is given a dedicated project manager. Your project manager is accountable for complying with your stated objectives, and ensuring that the project that you envisaged is the one that is ultimately provided.
Your project manager will adhere to clear and attainable project objectives; building the project requirements; and managing the typical triple constraints for projects, which are: cost, time, and quality.
At Direct Home Services, we determine and implement the exact needs of our clients, based on knowledge of the project that we are delivering, and more importantly understanding the constraints the customer has to work within.
Domestic Market
We provide a service to our customer that allows them to instruct Direct Home Services to manage all aspects of their project - from local authority consents to suppliers for procurement of materials, and, ultimately, contracted resource for delivering the project as agreed. We derive cost savings through bulk materials purchased with our suppliers and trade discounts, which allows us to pass savings back to the customer. In the same manner, when we employ contracted resources and form alliances with only the best tradesmen, we are able to agree discounts on rates due to volume discounts with sub-contractors.
Commercial Market
We look to add value by getting involved at the design stage where we have an opportunity to influence the strategic direction of the project. Risk is best placed by those who can manage it best.
